this installation is part of the exhibition Here come the Waves, which I curated

I found a video on the net in which a dolphin tries to escape from a pool at a Japanese aquarius park, right in front of the sea, filmed by someone in the audience. I was touched by so much despair, and the hysterical yet derisive nature of the audience, making the whole situation so cruel.
When I tried to print a screen capture, the youtube thumbnail that came out of the printer was : “Dolphin tries to escape video”.

So be it with my transfers of images taken from the net and then washed.

The rest of the installation continued this idea, of elements bursting onto the wall, like after a tsunami.
