"carnet d'Islande" brings together travel notes and quotes from The Waves by Virginia Woolf.
When I returned from this trip, I found myself writing on a beach and a huge wave swept away my notebook. I had to jump in the water and dry it page by page, but the inks bleed through, offering a multi-layered reading to this notebook.

"the fight after the storm"was produced following my project Hector. The slab fell and violently broke. The article extract refers to people expropriated from their home by speculation who benefits from the
devastation caused by storms.
